Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who oversees all aspects of an agile project. You will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects at a time.

Responsiblities

Essential Responsibilities
• Manage the project through all phases of the project life cycle including: scope definition, requirements, evaluation, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, and support
• Organize the entire project plan including: project coordination, scheduling, resource management, status reporting, project documentation, and identification of new requirements
• Create and manage project timelines and budgets
• Manage day-to-day operational, project and resource allocation issues
• Working with our technical experts, make recommendations on how to best approach software, development, and hardware implementations according to business goals
• Know at all times the health of projects, risks and implementations to timelines

Skills

• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
• Ability to relate well with both technical developers, and non-technical business-users
• Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals
• Experience in managing multiple projects with aggressive timelines
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
• Strong Windows, MS-Office, and Project software skills are required
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience working in Web application development projects
• Strong experience with business process analysis and technical requirements documentation
• Technical or economics degree certification or high school diploma
• Must be self-starter that is detail oriented with excellent people and time-management skills
• Must be able to adapt quickly to change and work well in an environment with rapidly changing priorities
• PMP Certification desirable but not required
